Thanks for doing such a great job staging my condo listing in Fremont. I did not tell anybody that we were waiting to look at offers, but for some reason 4 agents all decided to write an offer yesterday. The price got bid up substantially and the Seller is happy as well as me. Thanks for your help in making it look so appealing.
